In a sought-after Portsea location, this home needed a renovation and extension to the existing structure. The restoration created a space that celebrates the original rustic character and coastal location while creating a more comfortable indoor and outdoor space.
Throughout the extended areas of the home, MP concealed structural elements with large expanses of glass, creating the feeling of more space and allowing the landscaping to shine. The modern bathrooms were finished with Brodware aged iron taps and the kitchen features hand crafted cabinets. Upgraded insulation was installed in order to make the home more energy efficient.
