This special home in the sought-after Balnarring Beach area needed to be refreshed with a thoughtful renovation. We strived to create a space that is warm and inviting yet modern, open and drenched in natural light.

​A home reclaimed 

​This McCrae renovation was an engineering feat and a win for sustainability. The homeowner was steadfast in their intention to reuse as much of the original house as possible, which meant incorporating existing and reclaimed materials as well as new materials.

First-class industrial warehouse

Mick Pritchard (MP) assisted Penrite Oil Company to create an impressive industrial warehouse facility by project managing the build remotely. MP was involved with locating the block of land, liaising with real estate agents, finding the right builder for the job and then overseeing the construction process whilst keeping the client informed of the progress every step of the way.

Defining a new rural heritage

This custom build at Somers, beside Western Port Bay, delivers a striking, warm and sustainable family home. Full of light, it captures wide vistas beyond an outdoor entertaining terrace complete with an inground pool.

Natural ambiance

This two-storey home in Somers is wrapped in Accoya vertical timber cladding alongside COLORBOND® Ultra and Blackbutt decking. Inside, the rustic feel was carried through with a combination of timber and polished concrete flooring, seagrass carpet, pine lining boards and American Oak timber, providing a warm and inviting finish.

The perfect retreat

This self-contained unit in Shoreham can be used as a luxury guest retreat, holiday rental or multipurpose studio for the homeowners. Architecturally designed, the space includes one bedroom, ensuite, living area and spacious decking.

Partnering with Somers Yacht Club members and multiple other stakeholders, the existing tired building was turned into an attractive club where members and non-members can enjoy socialising and events alike.

Japara Rye Sands Aged Care Home

Japara Rye Sands (Japara) wanted a solution for its underutilised outdoor area where residents could connect and unite. A sensory garden with many colours, scents and feelings gave residents the ability to get in touch with nature, while the vegetable garden added an element of fulfillment.
